Kids Yoga at Yoga4U is a fun, engaging, and nurturing class designed for children ages 6 to 12. Through playful yoga poses, movement, breath awareness, and guided relaxation, kids are encouraged to explore self-expression, build confidence, and develop focus—all while having fun with yoga.

Our age-appropriate classes help children develop coordination, balance, mindfulness, and emotional awareness in a supportive group environment. Experienced instructors create a safe and joyful space where children can move, learn, and connect with like-minded peers.
