Not at all! Our classes are open to all levels, and many students are brand new to yoga. Instructors offer variations and guidance so you can move at your own pace and comfort level.

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing you can move in. We provide props like blocks and straps. If you don’t have a mat, let us know—rentals or extras may be available.

Yes—pre-booking is required for all classes. This helps us manage class sizes and ensure the best experience for everyone. We’re unable to accommodate drop-ins, so please reserve your spot online before arriving.

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early, especially for your first visit. This gives you time to settle in, set up your mat, and let your instructor know about any injuries or concerns.
